Quilt Raffle To Benefit Senior Games

The Yadkin Valley Senior Games is raffling a beautiful quilt as a fundraiser for the 2014 Games! The quilt (pictured here) is an oversized Queen hand-crafted crazy quilt, created and donated by the Yadkin River Quilters Guild. It’s valued at approximately $500.00.

Tickets for a chance to win the quilt are only $1.00 each, or 12 tickets for $10.00. They’re available at all of the YVEDDI Senior Centers in Mount Airy, Pilot Mountain, East Bend, Jonesville and Yadkinville. You can also purchase tickets at Reeves Community Center in Mount Airy and the Surry County Parks and Recreation Department in Dobson.

The drawing for the quilt is June 12th during the Silver Arts program/closing ceremonies for the 2104 Senior Games.
